Opportunity Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an outpatient Internal Medicine clinic in Hermiston, OR. The role involves providing adult primary care in a busy clinic setting, working alongside physicians and other advanced practice providers, with a standard Monday through Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to adult patients in an internal medicine setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and other advanced practice providers to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Manage patient visits using Epic EMR system.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on patient care plans.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to clinic protocols and standards of care.
• Work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8-hour days.
• Contribute to a busy outpatient clinic environment.

Compensation

• Salary of $185,000+ annually.
• Production incentive bonus based on performance.

Requirements

• Current Oregon medical license (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (preferred).
• Certification as an NP or PA.
• Experience with Epic EMR system is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
