US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking a full-time anesthesiologist to provide high-quality anesthesia services at HSS Florida in West Palm Beach. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with no nights, weekends, or call responsibilities, and includes comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of orthopedic procedures including hand, shoulder, knee, hip, spine, and trauma surgeries.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and anesthesia standards.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and postoperative management as needed.
• Document anesthesia care accurately in medical records.
• Support quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
• Engage in continuing medical education and professional development.

Compensation

• Salary paid via W-2 employment model.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology.
• Current medical license to practice in Florida.
• Experience in orthopedic anesthesia is preferred but not mandatory.
