Circle Health Urgent Care is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide urgent care services across multiple locations in the Merrimack Valley. The role involves diagnosing and treating a diverse patient population, performing procedures, and developing patient relationships within a community-focused healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform focused and comprehensive examinations based on chief complaints.
• Interpret EKGs, perform I&D, laceration repair, foreign body removal, minor orthopedic reductions, splinting, nasal packing, GYN procedures, and wound care.
• Identify patient illnesses or injuries to provide accurate diagnoses.
• Develop and maintain patient-centered, longitudinal relationships.
• Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury.
• Contribute to the future of patient care and facility development.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high patient satisfaction.
• See patients across the lifespan in an urgent care setting.

Compensation

• Salary-based compensation (W-2 tax status).

Shift & Schedule

• Variable schedule days.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current license as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of two years' experience in advanced practice.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and rotate between multiple locations.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to perform procedures such as I&D, laceration repair, and minor orthopedic reductions.
• Experience interpreting EKGs and managing urgent care cases.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to community-oriented, patient-centered care.
• Ability to adapt to variable work schedules.
