Compensation

  • Salary-based compensation (W-2 tax status).

Shift & Schedule

  • Full-time schedule with 8-hour day shifts.
  • Work hours: Monday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Tuesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • One Saturday shift every three months, from 9:00 AM to noon.
  • No on-call duties or holiday work required.

Requirements

  • Master's, post-master's, or doctorate degree from an accredited nurse practitioner program.
  • Current licensure by the applicable state board of nursing for advanced practice.
  • Current DEA permit to prescribe controlled substances.
  • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (NP-C or FNP-BC).
  • Demonstrated competence in providing care for an adequate volume of patients within the past twelve months.
  • Experience relevant to the privileges requested or recent completion of a nurse practitioner program.
  • Knowledge of state legal regulations for advanced practice providers and reimbursement systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills.
  • Ability to maintain current certifications and department-specific competencies.
