Envision Physician Services is seeking a full-time Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to join the anesthesia team at Health Central Hospital in Central Florida. The role offers a diverse case mix, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative practice environment. The position includes a competitive compensation package with a $100,000 start date bonus, additional incentives, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia support for a variety of cases including general, spine, bariatric, orthopedic, robotic, and vascular procedures.
• Collaborate with a team of 5 MDs, 8 CRNAs, and AAs to deliver safe and effective anesthesia care.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and patient management planning.
• Assist in anesthesia induction, maintenance, and recovery procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care and patient records.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Support educational opportunities, including earning while you learn for AA students.
• Contribute to a team-oriented, patient-centered clinical environment.

Compensation

• $100,000 base salary with a start date bonus
• Additional incentives available, including sign-on bonus and CME allowance
• Compensation structured as salary plus incentives, with a W-2 tax status

Requirements

• Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) certification.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a CAA.
