Envision Physician Services is seeking a Certified Anesthesia Assistant (CAA) to join our anesthesia care team at Gulf Point Surgery Center in Port Charlotte, Florida. The role offers a stable, full-time schedule with no call, weekends, or holidays, and includes a $100,000 start date bonus. Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesia providers in perioperative patient care at Gulf Point Surgery Center.
• Support anesthesia procedures across a case mix including general, orthopedic, gynecological, ENT, ophthalmology, and gastrointestinal surgeries.
• Collaborate with a team of 2 physicians and 5 advanced practice providers to deliver high-quality anesthesia care.
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and patient monitoring as directed by supervising anesthesiologists.
• Contribute to a stable and well-respected anesthesia team environment.
• Support documentation and record-keeping related to anesthesia procedures.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
