This hospital-employed, salaried physician position involves working within a multidisciplinary provider team, including anesthesiologists and Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants, at a Level III Trauma Center with a Level 2 NICU. The role encompasses inpatient, ambulatory, and endoscopy unit coverage across multiple specialties, with a focus on work-life balance and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care across inpatient, ambulatory, and endoscopy units within the hospital.
• Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists and CAAs.
• Manage cases in various specialties including OB, Vascular, Breast, ENT, Urology, GI, Orthopedics, and Podiatry.
• Participate in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and standards.
• Contribute to a collegial and multidisciplinary team environment.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR), preferably EPIC.
• Engage in professional development activities as supported by the provided allowance.

Compensation

• $250,000 annual estimated W-2 salary.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday through Friday, dayshift hours from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Workweek consists of 4 days, totaling 10 hours per day.

Requirements

• Completed an accredited training program in the respective specialty.
• Board certification in the relevant field.
• Valid and unrestricted Indiana state medical license.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills (oral and written).
• Proficiency with computer systems; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
