  • Minimum of 2 years of NP/PA experience, preferably in Trauma or Acute Care Surgery.
  • Experience with trauma patient management and OR first assist duties preferred.
  • Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to establish positive patient and team relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative trauma team.
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night calls.
  • Excellent decision-making and health assessment skills.
