Unified Women's Healthcare is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join Peninsula Women's Care. The provider will deliver gynecological and obstetric care in a practice with a focus on women's health, working with a multidisciplinary team and affiliated with Mary Immaculate Hospital. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive gynecological and obstetric care to patients, primarily focusing on women's health.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 18-21 patients per day.
• Participate in a 1:5 call schedule, providing after-hours coverage as required.
• Utilize Athena/EPIC EMR systems for documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate with a team consisting of OB/GYN, WHNP, FNP, and CNM providers.
• Support hospital deliveries, averaging 21-25 per month at Mary Immaculate Hospital.
• Maintain current certifications and licenses, including CPR and NALS.
• Contribute to a practice environment that emphasizes work/life balance and professional development.

Requirements

• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) through AMCB or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) certification.
• Graduate of an ACNM-accredited nurse-midwifery program or Women's Health NP program.
• Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN).
• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state.
• Current CPR and NALS certifications.
• Ability to obtain or hold a current DEA license.
• One year of full-time experience as a CNM or WHNP preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (Athena/EPIC).
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
