The Urology Physician Assistant at the Institute for Surgical Excellence will provide outpatient procedures, hospital rounding, and consults, participating in call coverage rotations. The role involves working with a highly experienced surgical team performing over 85,000 surgeries annually, utilizing advanced technology and minimally invasive techniques to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform outpatient in-office procedures
• Conduct hospital rounding and patient consultations
• Participate in call coverage rotations
• Assist in surgical procedures with a team of expert clinicians
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Utilize advanced surgical technologies, including robotic systems
• Stay current with the latest advancements in surgical techniques and technology
• Contribute to a high-volume surgical practice with a focus on minimally invasive methods

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in relevant specialty
• Current PA state Medical License or ability to obtain one
• Experience or training in surgical assistance and outpatient procedures
• Ability to work variable schedule days
