Wellstar Medical Group is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and Anesthesiologist Assistants (AAs) to join the outpatient anesthesia team at Acworth Health Park. The role involves providing anesthesia services across multiple outpatient facilities within the Wellstar system, supporting a collaborative care model with experienced anesthesiologists and anesthesia providers. The position offers a Monday through Friday daytime schedule with no weekend or call responsibilities, along with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient surgical procedures across various specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, GYN, GI, pediatrics, ENT, urology, and interventional pain.
• Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists and anesthesia providers to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and patient management as part of the anesthesia care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia procedures and patient records.
• Adhere to established protocols and safety standards for anesthesia delivery.
• Support quality improvement initiatives within the anesthesia department.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold professional standards.

Compensation

• Base salary ranging from $200,000 to $270,000 annually.
• Additional income through productivity bonuses and quality incentives.
• Sign-on bonus of $15,000.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday through Friday dayshift schedule, approximately 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• No weekend or on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of anesthesia experience.
• Current certification as a CRNA or certification as an Anesthesiologist Assistant.
• Ability to work independently within a team-based model.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Experience with outpatient anesthesia procedures preferred.
• Knowledge of anesthesia protocols and safety standards.
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, dayshift schedule.
