A hospital in Idaho Falls, Idaho is seeking multiple full-time locum CRNA providers to join their float pool. The role involves working across two connected facilities, providing anesthesia services primarily for general, ENT, urology, orthopedic, and other non-open heart cases. The position offers weekly pay and a flexible, no-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for general, ENT, urology, orthopedic, and other non-open heart cases.
• Float between two adjacent hospital facilities as part of the float pool.
• Work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and staff to ensure patient safety.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and postoperative care as needed.
• Follow all hospital policies and anesthesia standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and documentation for services provided.

Compensation

• Weekly pay via direct deposit.
• Compensation modeled as 1099 independent contractor.
• Payroll managed through a cloud-based interactive service.

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Work hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with no call required.

Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in Idaho or ability to obtain licensure.
• Experience with general anesthesia cases, including ENT, urology, orthopedic, and similar procedures.
• Ability to work independently in a hospital setting.
• Reliable transportation to and between facilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• No open heart, lung, vascular, or transplant cases required.
• Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
• Previous locum or hospital-based anesthesia experience preferred.
• Ability to work without call responsibilities.
