The role involves providing medical dermatology care, performing surgical procedures (optional based on interest), and managing high patient volumes in a state-of-the-art clinic. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care to patients, accounting for approximately 80% of practice volume.
• Perform surgical dermatology procedures, including biopsies and excisions, if surgically competent and desired, comprising up to 20% of duties.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and the practice team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on dermatologic conditions, treatments, and preventative care.
• Participate in practice meetings and contribute to clinic growth and patient satisfaction.
• Manage high patient volumes efficiently, seeing approximately 40 patients daily with potential to increase to 55.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and maintain high standards of patient care.

Compensation

• Initial guaranteed salary, transitioning to a percentage of collections model.
• Current PAs earn $200,000+ annually based on productivity.
