Join a dedicated medical team in West Texas as an Interventional Pain Management Physician. The role involves performing a variety of interventional procedures, including lumbar fusions, shoulder and hip interventions, spinal cord stimulator placements, and other advanced pain management techniques. The position offers a balanced schedule with early finishes on Fridays and flexible employment options.
Responsibilities
- Perform interventional pain management procedures such as lumbar fusions, shoulder, and hip interventions.
- Manage patients with chronic pain conditions using advanced techniques including spinal cord stimulation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient progress.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in interventional procedures.
- Participate in scheduled clinic hours, Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Provide patient education and follow-up care as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and institutional policies.
Compensation
- Base salary up to $270,000 annually, depending on employment preference (W2 or 1099).
- Compensation is salary-based with potential for flexible employment arrangements.

Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with appropriate board certification in pain management or anesthesiology.
- Current medical license to practice in Texas.
- Experience with interventional pain management procedures, including lumbar fusions and spinal cord stimulator placements.
- Strong understanding of pain management techniques and protocols.
- Excellent procedural skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Thursday with early Friday finishes.
