The College of Nursing at NNU is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to serve as the program director for the FNP program. The role involves providing leadership in curriculum development, program evaluation, student support, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. The director will also teach courses and foster partnerships with clinical sites to support student clinical experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction for the FNP program, including curriculum development, program evaluation, and student support
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
- Teach courses within the FNP program
- Develop and maintain partnerships with clinical sites and preceptors for student clinical experiences
- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance and support
- Lead student recruitment, admissions, and retention efforts
- Represent the program at internal and external meetings, events, and conferences
- Participate in other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Idaho RN licensure and certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Computer competency and aptitude for learning new software
