Envision Physician Services is seeking a full-time physician (MD/DO) to join a hospital-based care team in Ocala, Florida. The role involves providing coverage across a variety of surgical and medical specialties at a Level I Trauma Center, with no call responsibilities and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care across multiple surgical and medical specialties, including Cardiac, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endocrinology, Gynecology, Robotics, and Trauma.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of 20 physicians and 32 advanced practice providers.
• Maintain high-quality patient care standards within a Level I Trauma Center setting.
• Participate in on-site coverage with no call duties required.
• Utilize hospital resources and adhere to institutional protocols for patient management.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement and compliance activities.
• Support hospital initiatives and community health programs as needed.
• Maintain professional licensure and credentials in accordance with state and hospital requirements.

Compensation

• Base salary up to $225,000, with additional compensation from shift differentials ($100-$200 per shift) and overtime pay ($150/hr for extra shifts).
• Sign-on bonus of $100,000.
• Yearly retention bonus.

Requirements
