The Mid-Level Provider will work in a small clinic environment, providing hormone replacement and wellness services in collaboration with a physician medical director. The role involves managing patient care, employing proprietary treatment protocols, and supporting clinic operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Candidates must be licensed in Ohio and available for training, weekday, and Saturday shifts, with flexibility to float between clinics.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient care for hormone replacement and wellness services under the supervision of a physician medical director.
  • Employ proprietary treatment protocols to deliver targeted wellness therapies, including management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, and low libido.
  • Manage clinic operations and staff effectively at assigned locations.
  • Provide excellent patient care and establish rapport with patients.
  • Explain medical conditions and treatment plans in layman's terms.
  • Participate in a two-week paid training program following clinical hours.
  • Work weekday shifts, including some evenings, and two Saturday morning shifts per month.
  • Float between Gahanna and Dublin clinics as needed.

Compensation

  • $60 hourly for training and weekday shifts
  • $400 for each Saturday shift (4 hours)
  • Compensation is on a W-2 basis

Shift & Schedule

  • Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed
  • Work hours include variable days and shifts, with some evening and Saturday morning hours.

Requirements

  • Active Ohio NP or PA license in good standing (undisciplined and unencumbered).
  • Current DEA license.
  • Current Control Substance License.
  • Availability to work 2 Saturdays per month (8am-12pm) and 1-2 weekdays weekly.
  • Willingness to train Monday through Friday for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks).
  • Technologically savvy with strong medical decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Patient, respectful, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to manage staff and clinic operations effectively.
