A full-time Family Medicine physician position in a rural health clinic offering comprehensive, full-spectrum care. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in a rural health clinic setting.
• Manage a full spectrum of family medicine cases, including preventive, acute, and chronic care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols.
• Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in patient education and health promotion activities.
• Work a standard 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, during daytime hours.

Compensation

• Salary range of $250,000 to $275,000, depending on experience and certification.
• W-2 employment tax status.

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• Degree in MPAS, MHS, MMSc, or MPH from an accredited program.
• Current medical license and certification to practice family medicine.
• Experience in a primary care or family medicine setting preferred.
• Ability to provide full-spectrum family medicine services.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills.
• Willingness to work in a rural clinic environment.
