The Nurse Practitioner at CCRM Fertility provides clinical care for fertility and gynecological patients, including managing treatment cycles, performing procedures, interpreting lab results, and collaborating with physicians to develop patient management plans. The role involves patient education, coordination with third-party providers, and ensuring continuity of care under physician supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret medical and social histories of gynecological, infertility, and obstetrical patients.
• Initiate new patient consultations and manage fertility treatment cycles, including donor sperm, assessment, and preservation patients.
• Coordinate referrals for medical and psychological services and serve as liaison with third-party providers.
• Develop and implement patient management plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Prescribe medications within the APP's scope of practice based on physician consultation.
• Perform and order medical screenings such as ultrasound, mammography, pap smears, and HSG, and interpret lab results.
• Document patient interactions, update EMR, and complete billing documentation.
• Provide patient education on IVF, donor, and Lupron treatments, and conduct follow-up consultations.

Compensation

Requirements

• Nursing degree from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and Nurse Practitioner certification with prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in Women's Health.
• Ability to interpret lab results and perform relevant procedures.
• Experience with patient management in a fertility or gynecological setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate care effectively.
• Professional standing maintained through continued education.
• Spanish speaking skills are preferred.
• Ability to work independently under physician supervision.
