WellTech Partners is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a full-time role in pain management, musculoskeletal care, and rehabilitative medicine in Red Bluff, CA. The provider will conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, perform minor procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team under physician supervision. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including history, physicals, and diagnostics.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pain conditions under physician supervision.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Perform minor procedures and assist with interventional pain management techniques.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies; prescribe medications within scope.
• Provide patient education on treatment options, rehabilitation, and self-care.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and behavioral health providers.
• Accurately document encounters in EMR and maintain regulatory compliance.

Compensation

• $140,000 – $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience
• Bonus potential and sign-on bonus

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted California PA or NP license.
• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program.

• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-education skills.
