The position involves managing non-emergency and occupational medical care at designated worksites, providing routine healthcare, emergency response, safety evaluations, and health monitoring for employees, contractors, and third parties. The role includes clinical assessments, health screenings, vaccinations, emergency stabilization, and coordination with internal and external medical services, with supervision of on-site medical staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and occupational health services to employees and contractors during clinic hours.
• Conduct clinical assessments, examinations, and determine fitness for work.
• Manage patient data using electronic health record systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Perform health check-ups, monitor occupational hazards, and administer required vaccines.
• Respond to medical emergencies, stabilize and monitor patients until emergency services arrive.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and liaise with internal and external emergency services.
• Support health promotion, safety campaigns, and educational programs for employees.
• Ensure clinic readiness, maintain medical supplies, and perform routine equipment checks.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an independent and fully qualified paramedic, nurse, advanced practitioner, or physician.
• Current medical license or certification in good standing without restrictions.
• BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association or equivalent).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA or equivalent).
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to pass Fit to Work assessments required by the project or SOW.
• Proficiency in report writing, communication skills, and computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards, with awareness of international data privacy regulations.
• Experience in remote or austere medical support settings preferred but not required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, organize efficiently, and work in challenging environments with limited infrastructure.
