This is a locum CRNA position in Reidsville, GA, offering a 12- to 20-week assignment. The role involves providing anesthesia services in a team-based environment with no call requirements, and a manageable caseload across general, neuro, and ortho cases. The position is suitable for independent contractors under a 1099 tax status.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for general, neuro, and orthopedic cases in a hospital setting.
• Work within a collaborative care model under medical direction with a 4:1 CRNA to supervising physician ratio.
• Manage a consistent and manageable caseload in a supportive environment.
• Utilize the facility's anesthesia charting system (to be confirmed).
• Work approximately 13 to 20 weeks with regular hours; no call or pager responsibilities required.
• Overtime is not expected but may be offered.
• Coordinate with the anesthesia team to ensure patient safety and effective care delivery.
• Complete privileging processes, estimated to take 60-90 days.

Compensation

Shift & Schedule

• Variable schedule days over the assignment period.
• No call responsibilities, including weeknight or weekend pager call.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• Ability to work independently in a team-based environment.
• Experience with general, neuro, and orthopedic anesthesia cases preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Availability for a 13- to 20-week assignment.
• Comfort with a variable schedule and no call duties.
• Ability to complete privileging requirements within approximately 60-90 days.
