A+ Urgent Care, part of Southwest Healthcare, is seeking a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive urgent care services at one of three established locations in Murrieta, CA. The provider will manage a high volume of patients across all ages, performing common urgent care procedures independently when necessary. Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services to patients of all ages, including suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, foreign body removal, EKG interpretation, and X-ray reads.
• Manage high patient volumes efficiently, often serving as the sole provider onsite.
• Perform common urgent care procedures with proficiency and adherence to clinical standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters and procedures.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient flow.
• Adhere to all clinical protocols and safety guidelines.
• Possibly work at different locations within the Murrieta, Menifee, and Lake Elsinore centers based on scheduling needs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain required certifications.

Compensation

• Salary range of $165,000 to $172,000 based on experience (DOE).
• W-2 employment model.

Requirements

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in California.
• Active, clear California NP or PA license.
• Prior experience in an urgent care setting strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently as the sole provider onsite.
• Proficiency in urgent care procedures including suturing, splinting, I&D, FBR, EKG, and X-ray interpretation.
• Experience seeing patients of all ages.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high patient volumes efficiently.
