Mountain Miracles Midwifery in Colorado Springs is seeking a certified nurse-midwife (CNM) to join their out-of-hospital practice. The role involves providing full-scope midwifery services, including home births, with a focus on relationship-based, evidence-informed care. Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope midwifery care including prenatal, birth, and postpartum services.
• Travel within a 90-minute radius for home births and conduct home visits up to 36 weeks and postpartum at 1 day.
• Manage an average of 15-20 births per month.
• Participate in a supportive team environment with 3-4 midwives.
• Work approximately one clinic day per week, one 24-hour call shift weekly, and one weekend of call every four weeks.
• Ensure relationship-based, evidence-informed, and personalized care for families.
• Maintain licensure, malpractice coverage, and compliance with state regulations.
• Support community engagement and foster strong relationships with clients.

Compensation

• $80,000 to $115,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) credential or equivalent.
• Experience in out-of-hospital or in-hospital midwifery preferred, including new graduates considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid licensure to practice midwifery in Colorado.
