Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of clinical cases, excluding obstetrics and pediatrics.
- Provide patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Adapt to flexible scheduling, including 8-, 10-, 12-, and 16-hour shifts.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming community environment.
Compensation
- $270,000 annual salary
- $75,000 sign-on bonus
- Compensation is provided via W-2 employment
- Additional income opportunities are available through the sign-on bonus
Shift & Schedule
- Flexible shifts available, including 8-, 10-, 12-, and 16-hour options
- Schedule is variable and may change based on departmental needs
Requirements
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the relevant state.
- CAAs of all experience levels, including new graduates, are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to variable schedules.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to perform a variety of case types (excluding OB and pediatrics).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed.
- Prior experience is preferred but not required.
