Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for general surgery cases within a team-based model.
• Work variable schedule based on case needs and staffing requirements.

Compensation

• Annual salary approximately $280,000, with hourly rate of $165 over 40 hours.
• Sign-on bonus of $75,000, paid as $25,000 annually over three years.

• Additional income from voluntary weekend shifts at $200/hour.
• Compensation paid via 1099 tax status.
