U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking Certified Anesthesia Assistants (CAAs) to join our expanding practice at AdventHealth Hospital locations across Central Florida. The role involves providing anesthesia support across a diverse range of clinical cases, including complex surgeries and obstetrics, in a collaborative and high-quality environment. Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesiologists in providing anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures, including complex cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, pediatric, orthopedic, and obstetric cases.
• Support anesthesia delivery in multiple hospital and outpatient settings across Central Florida.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and patient monitoring during procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout anesthesia administration.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care and patient status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and professional standards.
• Contribute to a team-oriented, high-quality anesthesia practice.

Compensation

• Base salary with tiered pay based on years of experience.
• Sign-on bonus of $75,000.
• Profit sharing and immediate 401(k) matching contributions.

Requirements
