Adena Health System is seeking a Vascular Physician Assistant to join the Adena Heart and Vascular Institute in Chillicothe, Ohio. The role involves a mix of inpatient, surgical, and outpatient care, working closely with vascular surgeons in a collaborative environment that emphasizes work-life balance, professional growth, and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in vascular surgeries, including hybrid OR cases, as first assist.
• Provide perioperative care in ICU and surgical floor settings.
• Conduct daily rounds, manage admissions, discharges, and patient consults.
• Participate in elective and post-operative clinics, including history and physical examinations.
• Collaborate with vascular surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans.
• Manage inpatient and outpatient vascular cases across various settings.
• Support continuity of care through follow-up and patient education.
• Contribute to a team-focused environment committed to excellent patient outcomes.

Compensation

• Annual salary range of $144,832 to $199,106, based on experience
• Salary plus production incentives

Requirements

• Board-Certified Physician Assistant
• Minimum of 2 years vascular surgery experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in inpatient, OR, and clinic settings
• Experience with hybrid vascular procedures is a plus
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant in Ohio
• Ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons and staff
• Proficiency in perioperative and outpatient vascular management
