The CRNA will provide anesthesia services at Marion Medical Campus, performing preanesthetic assessments, administering various types of anesthesia, managing pain, and responding to emergencies. Responsibilities

  • Perform and document preanesthetic assessments and evaluations.
  • Provide general, regional, local, and sedation anesthesia coverage.

  • Provide postanesthesia care and pain management for acute and chronic conditions.
  • Respond to emergency situations and participate in on-call coverage as required.
  • Implement pain management modalities and monitor patient safety.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards.

Compensation

  • Salary plus incentives, including a regional bonus and quality scorecard bonus.
  • Additional income opportunities such as sign-on bonus, loan repayment, CME allowance, and performance bonus.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing.
  • Current Ohio RN licensure.
  • Graduate from an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program approved by AANA.
  • Certification from the NBCRNA as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
  • Successful completion of the AANA Certification Examination.
  • Active practice as a CRNA with biennial recertification requirements.
  • Ability to perform perioperative prescriptive authority.
  • Excellent clinical judgment and emergency response skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to work day shifts and participate in on-call duties.
