The Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) at Marisol Health Inc. provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, including antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum services, as well as routine gynecological exams, STD/STI testing, and fertility education. Compensation

  • $100,000 to $140,000 depending on experience

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain DEA registration in Colorado.
  • Training or willingness to obtain training as a first assistant for cesarean sections.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, especially with patients in crisis.
  • Familiarity with clinic planning, records management, and HIPAA policies.
  • Certified by an ACME-accredited program and licensed as a CNM in Colorado or eligible to apply.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience in midwifery, including in-hospital deliveries, or 5+ years of labor and delivery experience for new CNMs.
  • Ability to perform in high-pressure, emergency situations.
  • Commitment to providing evidence-based, morally sound care aligned with Catholic directives.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
