Indigo Urgent Care, a leading provider in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, flexible schedule at our Redmond Urgent Care Clinic. Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services to patients of all ages, including suturing, splinting, minor procedures, and x-ray interpretation.
• Practice autonomously while working at the top of licensure.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient clinic workflow.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Support clinic coverage across scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical team meetings.

Compensation

• Earning potential of $200,000+ annually, with a salary plus incentives.

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time schedule averaging 14 shifts per month, with shifts typically from 8 am to 8 pm.
• Schedule is created two months in advance with input from team members.
• Flexible scheduling with potential for variable days and shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Current Washington medical license in good standing.
• DEA registration, NPI number, and prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency department, or family medicine setting.
• Confident in suturing, splinting, minor procedures, and x-ray reads.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including days, weekends, and holidays.
