Princeton Dermatology Associates is seeking experienced Physician Assistants with a minimum of seven years of dermatology experience to join their well-established, multi-location practice in central New Jersey. The role involves providing dermatological care across multiple offices, with opportunities for professional growth through a structured fellowship program for less experienced candidates. Responsibilities

• Provide dermatological patient care in a multi-office setting, including general and surgical dermatology procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and administrative personnel to ensure quality patient care.
• Participate in a structured dermatology training program for new or less experienced Physician Assistants, including didactic and clinical rotations.
• Work approximately 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential periodic or ongoing assignments at multiple office locations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Adhere to practice protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in CME activities.
• Support practice growth and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of prior dermatology experience as a Physician Assistant.
• Current licensure and credentialing in New Jersey are highly preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• U.S. citizenship or work eligibility required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse staff.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with electronic medical records.
