TeamHealth is seeking a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to join our anesthesia care team at AdventHealth Redmond in Rome, Georgia. The role involves providing anesthesia services across a diverse case mix in a supportive, collaborative environment within a Level III Trauma Center. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases including general, orthopedic, gastrointestinal, urology, neuro, ENT, bariatric, ophthalmology, oral, plastics, podiatry, and radiology procedures.
• Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists and anesthetists to deliver safe and effective anesthesia services.
• Participate in anesthesia care team models, demonstrating proficiency in assigned responsibilities.
• Support specialized cardiac and neuro cases, with opportunities to develop cardiothoracic anesthesia skills.
• Contribute to perioperative patient management and safety protocols.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement and educational activities through the TeamHealth Institute CME platform.
• Assist in emergency and hospital medicine services as part of the broader care team.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and anesthesia standards.

Compensation

• Base salary range of $230,000 to $262,000, depending on experience and proficiency.
• Sign-on bonus of $75,000.
• Additional incentives including premium call pay and annual retention bonus.

Requirements

• Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) certification.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice in Georgia.
• Experience in diverse surgical case types preferred.
