We are seeking a Certified Anesthesia Assistant (CAA) to join the USAP Indiana team at Physician Medical Center. The role involves providing anesthesia support across a variety of surgical cases in a state-of-the-art facility, with a focus on work-life balance and professional growth. Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesiologists in administering anesthesia and monitoring patients during surgical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment and supplies.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to intraoperative needs.
• Support preoperative assessments and postoperative care as directed.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia procedures and patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.

Compensation

• Base salary of $230,000 annually (W-2).
• Additional income opportunities include sign-on bonus and CME allowance.

Requirements

• Certified Anesthesia Assistant (CAA) certification.
