Physician Anesthesia Services is seeking CRNAs and CAAs for a hospital-based anesthesia practice in Denver, Colorado. The role involves providing anesthesia coverage across a variety of surgical cases at multiple facilities, with flexible scheduling options and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a wide variety of cases including general, orthopedic, neurosurgery, trauma, gynecology, plastics, robotics, cardiac, bariatrics, endoscopy, and obstetrics (optional).
• Collaborate with a team of physicians, CRNAs, and AAs in a blended practice model.
• Cover hospital and ambulatory surgery center cases at multiple locations in the Denver Metro area.
• Participate in on-call duties with variable call schedules and first/second call responsibilities.
• Ensure patient safety and satisfaction during anesthesia administration.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and anesthesia standards.
• Contribute to a team-oriented clinical environment focused on high-quality patient care.
• Perform preoperative assessments and postoperative care as needed.

Compensation

• Base salary range of $235,000 to $250,000, depending on experience.
• Sign-on bonus of $35,000 with a 2-year commitment; $10,000 of which can be used for relocation assistance outside Denver Metro.
• Potential for additional income through call, night, weekend stipends, and overtime.
• Compensation structured as W-2 salary plus incentives, including profit sharing.

Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA or CAA.
• Active state license and DEA registration (if applicable).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including 10-12 hour shifts and OB shifts.
• Experience with a variety of surgical cases preferred.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties.
• Prior anesthesia experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
