Envision Physician Services is seeking full-time Certified Anesthesia Assistants (CAAs) for established practices at AdventHealth Tampa, Wesley Chapel, and Carrollwood. The role involves providing anesthesia support across a variety of cases, including general, regional, cardiac, and obstetrical procedures, with flexible scheduling options and minimal call responsibilities. Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesiologists in delivering anesthesia care for adult and pediatric patients.
• Support a full range of anesthesia services, including general, regional, cardiac, and obstetrical cases.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and patient preparation as needed.
• Monitor patients during anesthesia and assist with intraoperative management.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia procedures and patient records.
• Respond to minimal beeper call from home with a 30-minute callback window.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Compensation

• Start date bonus of $75,000 with a three-year commitment.
