The role involves assisting in the operating room, managing outpatient patient overflow, and conducting patient rounding in the hospital. Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures within the orthopedic department.
• Handle patient overflow in the outpatient clinic.
• Conduct patient rounding in the hospital setting.

• Participate in clinical documentation and record-keeping.

Compensation

• $128,000 - $160,000 annually
• Salary plus incentives model

Requirements

• Current New Jersey State Physician Assistant License.
• NCCPA Certification or relevant experience preferred.
