The Little Clinic is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality healthcare services within a retail clinic setting. The provider will deliver patient-centered care, participate in quality assurance activities, and support community outreach efforts, ensuring operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care to patients while meeting productivity metrics
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings
• Maintain a safe and quality healthcare environment
• Ensure clinic remains open during scheduled hours
• Collaborate with regional management on community outreach and marketing activities
• Respond to customer experience survey feedback as directed
• Manage clinic inventory and order supplies to control costs
• Perform quality control on instrumentation and CLIA waived testing

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's Degree as a Physician Assistant (with 500 hours of post-graduate physician-supervised experience for PAs in Ohio)
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience
• Active license and certification from AANP or ANCC, with all necessary state credentials
• Board certification as FNP-C or PA-C, where applicable
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
