Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, WI, is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesia Assistant (CAA) to join a community-oriented anesthesia team.   • Manage anesthesia during both in-house and remote call shifts, including weekends and weekdays.
  • Maintain documentation and compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement and continuing education activities.
  • Contribute to a regional healthcare network serving multiple counties.

Compensation

  • Base salary with additional incentives, including a productivity bonus.
  • Compensation paid via W-2 tax status.
  • Separate call pay for weekend and weekday call shifts.

  • Experience in a hospital or surgical setting preferred.
  • Licensure and credentials in good standing for practice in Wisconsin.
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Basic knowledge of electronic health records and anesthesia documentation.
