Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, or Certified Nurse-Midwife to join a maternal fetal medicine practice. The role involves providing advanced prenatal care for high-risk obstetric patients, including assessments, diagnostics, and patient education, at clinics in Cypress and Midtown Houston.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced health assessments and full prenatal care for high-risk obstetric patients.
- Evaluate pregnancy complications and perform limited obstetric ultrasounds.
- Manage diabetes during the antepartum period in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and triage calls related to prescriptions.
- Participate in patient and family counseling and education.
- Communicate with referring providers and other members of the care team.
- Work at clinics located in Cypress and Midtown Houston, splitting time between the two locations.
Compensation
