Unified Women's Healthcare in Naples, FL, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive women's health services. The provider will perform routine exams, family planning, prenatal care, and diagnostic procedures, collaborating closely with physicians to deliver quality patient care in a busy clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform Pap smears, annual exams, IUD insertions, Nexplanon placements, and endometrial biopsies.
• Prescribe medications and therapies; order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Provide pre- and post-natal care, family planning services, and patient education.
• Assist physicians and work collaboratively to deliver patient care.
• Rounding for obstetric patients at Naples Community Health, the largest birthing center in Naples.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 15-20 patients daily, Monday through Friday.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols.
• Stay current with women's health practices and guidelines.

Compensation

• Starting salary of $105,000+ based on experience.

Requirements

• National Nurse Practitioner certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• Unrestricted, active licensure in Florida or ability to obtain licensure.
• Current DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• CPR, BLS, and NALS certifications or ability to obtain them.
• Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, team members, and management.
• Ability to make independent clinical decisions based on best medical practices.
• At least one year of full-time experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
