Join an established private dermatology practice in Kansas City, MO, as a dermatologist or physician assistant. The role involves general dermatology with some cosmetic procedures and excisions, working alongside a supportive team including a collaborating physician and experienced PAs. The position offers a productivity-based compensation structure and a four-day workweek.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dermatology services, including cosmetic procedures and excisions.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 35-40 patients per day, with flexibility.
• Collaborate with a physician and other PAs to deliver quality patient care.
• Work a four-day workweek with morning and afternoon shifts.
• Utilize two medical assistants as part of the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up with patients.
• Participate in continuing medical education and professional development.
• Adhere to practice protocols and standards of care.

Compensation

• Percentage of earned receipts, commensurate with experience.
