Ambient Anesthesia is seeking Certified Anesthesia Assistants (CAAs) for a general anesthesia role serving hospital and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) cases in the Cypress area. The position involves a wide variety of case types and acuity levels, including pediatrics, general, orthopedics, trauma, vascular, cath lab, endoscopy, and obstetrics. Responsibilities
- Assist anesthesiologists in administering anesthesia across diverse case types and acuity levels.
- Provide perioperative patient care and monitoring during anesthesia procedures.
- Prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment and supplies.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to facilitate smooth operative workflows.
- Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia records.
- Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
- Adhere to all hospital and ASC policies and protocols.
Compensation
- Very competitive salary, dependent on experience.
- Sign-on bonus of $15,000.

Requirements
- Certified Anesthesia Assistant (CAA) certification.
- Current Texas license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Clean professional record.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts.
