The Healthcare Provider will conduct physical and behavioral health assessments for military service members in Alaska via telehealth. The role involves performing periodic health assessments, mental health evaluations, and deployment-related health assessments, primarily in a remote call center environment. The position requires licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and at least three years of mental and behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Physical and Mental Health Assessments (PHA and MHA) and Post Deployment Health Re-Assessments (PDHRA) via telehealth in all 50 states.
• Triage client contacts and refer to additional resources as needed.
• Complete all required documentation for assessments.
• Manage client interactions and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation.
• Work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to program goals and organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and adapt to organizational changes.

Compensation

• Hourly pay rate between USD 20.00 and USD 60.00.
• 1099 contract position.
• Compensation based on experience and qualifications.

• Part-time hours, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Requirements

• Licensed Healthcare Provider (NP or PA) with active licensure in one or more of the following states: AK, CO, CT, DE, HI, KS, KY, MD, NM, NY, SD, WA, WI, WY.
• Specialized Master's degree or higher in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience providing mental and behavioral health assessments.
• Experience with electronic health records and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to obtain SF86 Position of Trust clearance.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Must be a U.S. licensed healthcare provider with the ability to perform assessments in a telehealth setting.
