The role involves approximately 60% direct patient care and 40% administrative duties, focusing on urgent care services for patients aged three months and older. Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services to patients aged three months and older, including treatment of acute illnesses and injuries.
• Perform procedures such as laceration repairs, suturing, and other patient treatment interventions.
• Conduct first reads on x-rays and interpret imaging results.
• Lead and participate in clinical operations and administrative duties within the urgent care setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols and standards.
