Western Anesthesiology Associates, Inc. is seeking part-time Anesthesiologist Assistants to join their team at Mercy Hospital St. Louis. The role involves working at a Level I Trauma Center and ambulatory surgery centers, with a variety of case types and shifts available. No obstetric cases are included in the responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesiologists in providing anesthesia care across various surgical cases.
• Cover shifts at a Level I Trauma Center and ambulatory surgery centers.
• Work during scheduled shifts, including a Monday-Friday shift from 10 am to 2 pm for lunch relief.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and patient monitoring during procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to anesthesia protocols.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care provided.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards.

Requirements
