US Anesthesia Partners of Nevada is seeking experienced Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) to join a growing practice serving major hospitals in Las Vegas. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of cases including trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neuro, urology, gynecology, radiology, endoscopy, cardiology, and pediatrics.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and the care team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Meet hospital credentialing and licensure requirements for assigned facilities.
• Adhere to all American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants guidelines and state regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care and patient records.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing medical education.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on exceptional patient care.

Compensation

• Salary plus incentives, including productivity bonuses.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA).
• Eligibility to practice in Nevada following recent legislative changes.
• Compliance with American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants guidelines.
• Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with diverse anesthesia cases preferred.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Nevada.
