Adena Health is seeking a Physician Assistant to join the Vascular Surgery team in Chillicothe, Ohio. The role involves outpatient and inpatient care, including clinic visits, post-operative follow-up, hospital consults, rounding, discharges, procedures, and assisting in the operating room. The position is full-time within the Adena Medical Group, offering competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• See 15-20 patients daily in the vascular surgery clinic.
• Collaborate with vascular surgeons and other team members.
• Manage post-operative patients and follow-up care.
• Assist with hospital consults, rounding, and discharges.
• Participate in procedures and assist in the operating room.
• Work with both inpatient and outpatient populations.
• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management.

Compensation

• Salary plus incentives, including a sign-on bonus of $10,000.
• Relocation assistance of $15,000.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Licensed or eligible to practice as a Physician Assistant.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Experience with vascular or surgical patient populations is a plus.
• Comfortable working in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (Epic preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
