The Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Midwife, or Physician Assistant will provide reproductive health services, including assessments, counseling, and procedures, in collaboration with clinic staff across multiple locations. The role involves direct patient care, health education, and coordination of follow-up care to support the clinic's mission of serving diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical histories and follow-up assessments for patients.
• Perform physical examinations of the thyroid, heart, lungs, breasts, abdomen, pelvis, genitals, and extremities.
• Provide counseling on contraception, sexually transmitted infections, menopause, and reproductive health topics.
• Insert and remove intrauterine devices and contraceptive implants; fit diaphragms and educate patients on self-breast exams.
• Identify gynecologic and non-gynecologic conditions, utilizing microscopy for wet mounts when needed.
• Respond to patient inquiries related to reproductive health and document communications accurately.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with Case Managers for follow-up care.
• Support abnormal follow-up procedures, participate in quality assurance, and assist in training new staff.

Compensation

• Hourly wage ranging from USD 39.52 to USD 49.40.
