A full-time, permanent Cardiovascular Surgical Physician Assistant position is available with a collaborative cardiology team in Henrico County, Virginia. The role involves inpatient and outpatient care, minor procedures, and assisting in cardiac surgeries, primarily within a highly accredited heart and stroke program. The schedule typically follows a 4/10's pattern with minimal call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular care
• Assist in cardiac surgeries
• Perform minor procedures related to cardiology
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary cardiology team
• Participate in patient management and follow-up
• Support the hospital's award-winning Heart and Stroke programs
• Maintain documentation and ensure quality care standards
• Adhere to schedule and call requirements as needed

Requirements
